I’ve been an agent with since 2016 and currently lead a team of nine. Over the years, I’ve focused on building a strong, supportive team environment where people can grow and succeed together.
Outside of the office, I’ve been married for over 28 years and have three children. I’ve also spent time coaching youth sports in Bay City, which reflects my passion for mentorship, teamwork, and helping others develop.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jon Laporte - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
